About Ticks    Ticks and Diseases

 

A smart simple tool to help remove ticks from both humans and pets without leaving bits of them behind.  Ticks can carry a number of diseases.  Squeezing with tweezers, use of heat, chemicals and so on can cause the tick to regurgitate its stomach contents, so careful removal minimises the risk of infection.
